We respect your privacy and are committed to being transparent about the information that may be collected when you visit or interact with our website.
This Privacy Policy explains what information may be collected, why it may be used, the third-party services that may process information on our behalf or independently, and the choices available to you.
By using FinancePilot, you acknowledge the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

Information collected automatically
When you visit FinancePilot, certain technical and usage information may be processed automatically by our website, hosting infrastructure, analytics services, security systems, advertising services, or other technologies used on the website.
This may include information such as:
- IP address or network information.

- Screen and browser characteristics.
- Pages or content viewed.
- Referring pages or URLs.
- Approximate geographic information.
- Date and time of visits.
- Website interaction and event information.
- Technical information required to maintain website security and performance.
The specific information collected depends on the technologies and services active on the website at the time of your visit.
2. How We Use Information
FinancePilot may use information for legitimate website and business purposes, including to:
- Operate and maintain the website.
- Provide requested information or services.
- Respond to enquiries and communications.
- Improve website content and usability.
- Understand how visitors interact with our content.

- Display and measure advertising where advertising services are enabled.
- Comply with applicable legal and regulatory requirements.
We do not use information for purposes that are materially incompatible with the purpose for which it was collected unless permitted or required by applicable law.
3. Google Analytics
FinancePilot may use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the website and to measure website performance.
Google Analytics can process information relating to website interactions, including information about pages viewed, events, device and browser characteristics, approximate geographic information, and other measurement data.
Google Analytics uses IP address information for purposes including determining location information and routing measurement data. Google states that, for Google Analytics 4, raw IP addresses are not logged or stored as part of Analytics reporting; for users in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland, Google states that IP addresses are used to derive coarse location information and are then discarded before the data is logged.
Where applicable, Google Analytics may also use Google Signals or other advertising-related features depending on the configuration selected by the website operator and applicable consent settings.
Google has stated that, from June 15, 2026, Consent Mode within Google Ads is the controlling mechanism for certain Google Ads data collection associated with linked Google Analytics properties.
We configure Google Analytics according to the features and privacy controls available to us and applicable to our website.
For more information about how Google processes information, please review Google’s privacy documentation.
4. Google Tag Manager
FinancePilot may use Google Tag Manager (GTM) to manage website tags, scripts, analytics configurations, advertising tags, and similar technologies.
Google states that Google Tag Manager may collect aggregated information relating to tag firing and system diagnostics. Google also states that this diagnostic information does not include user IP addresses or measurement identifiers associated with a particular individual. Google further states that standard HTTP request logs are deleted within 14 days and that, apart from standard logs and diagnostic information, Tag Manager does not collect, retain, or share information about visitors to customers’ properties.
The tags deployed through Google Tag Manager may independently process information according to the services they belong to. For example, an Analytics or advertising tag deployed through GTM may process information according to the applicable Google service and the configuration implemented on FinancePilot.
5. Google Search Console
FinancePilot may use Google Search Console to monitor the website’s presence and performance in Google Search.
Search Console provides website owners with information such as search queries, search impressions, clicks, indexing status, crawling information, and other website performance or technical data.
Search Console is primarily an administrative and website-performance service used by FinancePilot to understand how our website appears and performs in Google Search. It is not used by FinancePilot as a direct visitor registration or contact-form system.
Information available through Search Console may be used to improve website content, technical SEO, indexing, accessibility, and search performance.
6. Google AdSense and Advertising
FinancePilot may use Google AdSense or other third-party advertising services to display advertisements on the website.
Where Google advertising is enabled, Google and its advertising partners may use cookies or similar technologies in connection with advertising delivery, measurement, frequency management, and, where permitted by the applicable configuration and user choices, personalized advertising.
Google states that its advertising cookies can be used to serve ads based on a user’s previous visits to the publisher’s website or other websites. Google also requires publishers using its advertising products to disclose the use of advertising cookies in their privacy policies.
Depending on the applicable settings, advertising may be:
Personalized advertising
Personalized advertising may use information associated with a user’s previous activity, interests, searches, visits, demographic information, or other permitted signals to make advertising more relevant.
Non-personalized advertising
Non-personalized advertising does not use a user’s previous activity for ad personalization. Google states that contextual information may still be used and that cookies or mobile identifiers may be used for purposes such as frequency capping and aggregated reporting.
Where legally required, applicable consent mechanisms may be used before certain advertising cookies or technologies are activated.
Users can manage Google’s advertising personalization through Google’s Ads Settings and can also review available advertising choices through controls such as “Ad Choices” where provided.
Google may also use first-party and third-party cookies in connection with advertising, depending on the applicable configuration and advertising environment.
